Welcome to my website and thank you for your interest in my workshops. As an Artist and Specialised Kinesiologist, I am aware that true healing is inextricably linked to the personal creative process of each individual and that ‘problem solving’ requires creative thinking. I started these Workshops way-back in the late 1990's and over time, they have evolved and begun to offer more profound and significant insights to many of the participants.
Today, when asked what I do, I say “I teach people how to tame their ‘monkey-mind’, their negative inner dialogue". I teach consciousness and self empowerment and hence my motto ‘Self As Source’.
I aim to give people a fun, creative colour experience that assists them to understand that so much of their suffering is self inflicted. By changing their perceptions they can move to a state of empowerment, inner peace and abundance.
