Maureen's Coaching Journey
Maureen operates from a strong sense of purpose and is drawn to supporting and inspiring people to develop a holistic, integrated approach to their life journey.
She began her career as a successful professional landscape and portrait artist who obtained her South African National Diploma in Art & Design 1977. Her interest in coaching began in the 1980’s when she trained as a Life Line Counsellor and later as a Course Facilitator. This work initiated a path of further enquiry to develop in her personal growth and self-awareness.
In the mid 1990’s she trained and qualified as a registered Specialized Kinesiologist and practiced in this professional discipline for 25 years whilst continuing her work as a professional artist. During this period she qualified as an instructor in Advanced Neuro Training and Healing Principals and ran her Creative Expression & Colour Workshops which led her to attend and present at various holistic health shows and events.
Maureen has explored deeply both the Integral and Ontological approaches to coaching through working with and being mentored by her own coach, with whom she engaged from 2014-2021.
Given her commitment to compassion and attention to detail in her engagements, Maureen is a trusted and sort after intuitive coach who has a unique ability to identify the root cause of many life challenges.
In her work she aims for tangible outcomes for her clients that are designed to enhance their competence and resourcefulness.
